FANUC Robot R-20001D is a large robot that inherits the high-end technology and high reliability of the R-20001 series, and has a wrist cable embedded in a stylish and compact hollow arm.

Compared to traditional models, the installation area of the robot is reduced by 23%, the weight of the mechanism is reduced by 10%, and the interference radius of the wrist is reduced by 13%, achieving a dense installation layout.

Adopting a hollow arm structure and built-in wrist cable, offline teaching can be carried out without considering unpredictable cable states. According to the user's usage, we provide a variety of optional configurations represented by spot welding improved arms, which can be applied in various production frontlines such as spot welding, transportation, assembly, etc.

The robot is controlled by the control device R-301B Plus. Energy saving can be achieved through optional configuration of power regeneration, and the user interface 1HMI improves the convenience of use.

You can use various functions such as maintenance notification, learning vibration reduction control, removing scattered workpieces, and force sensing sensors.
